Low Profile Louvered Floor Rack

Akro-Mils' Low Profile Louvered Floor Rack is a new system that combines the convenience of a louvered hanging system with the utility of a low profile rack.

An innovative productivity solution for low profile space, the Low Profile Louvered Floor Rack is made of durable powder-coated 16-gauge steel for strength and durability. Multiple bin combinations can be configured on the rack using Akro-Mils’ industry-leading AkroBins®, EarthSaver® AkroBins®, InSight® Ultra-Clear Bins and ProHANGER®.

Other features and benefits include:
• Single-Sided and Double-Sided options available.
• Available with work height shelf, which provides additional workspace flexibility.

AkroShelf
Louvered Panel & Wall-Mount Shelf

The AkroShelf™ is a shelf accessory that attaches to Akro-Mils louvered hanging systems and is wall mountable.

The AkroShelf is easily installed — the shelf slides down securely on louvers and can be quickly removed. The shelf also offers the flexibility of being installed bracket up (as a bottom shelf that provides protection from cleaning chemicals) or bracket down (as a top shelf that can provide dust protection).

The shelf is constructed of heavy-duty 16-gauge steel, and offers a weight capacity of 50 lbs. per shelf. The 13-gauge steel brackets include mounting holes that allow the entire shelf to be fastened to a wall (mounting hardware not included).

AkroShelf can hold multiple sizes of 12” deep AkroBins®, AkroDrawers®, Shelf Bins or System Bins™.

Akro-Mils introduces the exclusive Lean Panel™ — the first and only angled louvered panel in the industry. Lean Panels combine the convenience and strength of a louvered panel with the utility of an inclined pick rack. The Lean Panel’s patent-pending, 15-degree angle improves visibility and access to parts and supplies being stored in Akro-Mils’ industry-leading AkroBins®, InSight® Ultra-Clear Bins and ProHANGER®. Keeping older product toward the front of bins (FIFO), Lean Panels are ideal for productivity initiatives such as 5S Lean, Kanban or JIT. The panels are wall mountable, or can be used with single- and double-sided floor racks. The double-sided floor rack can be mobilized with the 30653DOLLY kit to create a mobile, high-density storage system. Made of 16-gauge steel with 20-gauge end caps, Lean Panels feature a durable powder-coated finish. Each panel has a 90-lb. weight capacity.
